You are telling me to let the majority of oilers to fry in their own oils.
For someone too busy to be on a keyboard all day , is the wrong field to be on ?.... It must be.
You are saying the capital is preserved for future explorations . Ok i am with you , but .....to me when a company have $30-50-or 100 mil doing nothing , will be much better if they buy back a number off shares and hold the SP to logical levels , and always can do a SPP if need to , with a discount .
That way everyone is happy .
