There is overt harm and covert harm.

It is the pressures of the economic system that can drive people to drugs and be a menace.

For example, in the USA, due to the GFC, there are many people unemployed.

Now the angels on Wall Street caused the GFC and the many of the unemployed have no control over their plight.

IF WE UNDERSTAND ECONOMICS WE WILL UNDERSTAND THIS UNEMPLOYMENT IS UNAVOIDABLE
