    SDL board would not waste so much time and money and not get the mining permit, they will surely get it.
    downrampers are downrampers, they always say something bad about a company even if there is positive news.
    this project of sdl can only be positive for the 2 country they are operating in as it provide 35+ years of employment for the country and economic benefits
