Hey, I wonder why so many are reading and not posting today. They are definitely here. Don't blame them.
I no longer hold any investment properties and I get the butterflies in the stomach watching what's unfolding.
As conficious says, may we live in gut wrenching times.
At least, I feel content that I have done my best to warn them 12 months ahead of time (not that I received many expressions of gratitude).
