People should never too easily trust the figures or things published by China's government.
If they publish something positive, you would rather believe the fact is the opposite or at least not that positive.
If they publish something negative, you would rather believe the fact is more negative.
Only in that way will you get it right more often than get it wrong.LOL....
Just my opinions.
