I have also seen plenty of abandoned shored up buildings over the last few years, no crane, no activity and come back 18 months later and its occupied.

Go figure.

As I said, we can expect many ups and downs from China, but NOTHING that will persist. The USA ia dead man aalking and on the mat. Trying to hint by linking USA and Australia property with China is chalk and cheese.
