I am surprised Mark Fenton is only asking for only 20 Million shares! , Paul and Duncan want 317% free shares x their annual wage.
Director Remuneration
Mark Fenton $327,000 per annum
Incentive Options 20,000,000 $407,345
Paul Fry $80,000 per annum
Incentive Options 12,500,000 $254,591
Duncan Maclean $48,000 per annum
Incentive Options 7,500,000 $152,574
Mark Fenton doesn't have a good track record in running businesses. Baraka Energy (BKP) which he was General manager and director from Sep 20 2006 (share price $0.18) and when he left on 29/07/08 (share price $0.03). Not a good achievement.
This guy has been running KIK from Dec 1 2009 and has only 107,000 shares. Makes no attempt to buy more shares with his own money and now expects a free handout.
My vote is No to these 3 getting any incentives.
and yes to Incentive Options to Consultants, let the staff have some incentives.
