first thing shareholders should do is read "Annual Financial Report for year ending 31/12/2010"..

Net Loss for half year was $30mm...yep $30mm bucks

then go on and read the rest of the report.

how on earth can they be asking for mountain of options..

IMO it wont make any difference they'll get voted through, but i'd be voting "NO" at least make some statetment.

BTW..Nido will have it's announcement any day now..what's a bet they'll be the same as KIK..
