There seems to be a lot of angst about the "grab" of options by the Directors,not to mention the 45,000,000 to "Key" personnel-are they not being paid appropriately for their position?
Are the "Key" personnel currently shareholders? If not they obviously don't have faith in the Companies prospects as we do!

I suggest you express your disapproval by voting and posting back the form and reinforce your disapproval by "forgetting" to put a stamp on the envelope!
