Possible outcomes are interesting. If some proxies are found to be invalid and the outcome is reversed, then Mssrs Carson, Levy and Anderson may be invited back onto the Board.

However, Mr Tay et al will still control a very large stake and C, L and A would (in my opinion) be mad to return. It would just be a matter of time before:

1. Mr Tay requisitions his third meeting to remove directors.

Or

2. Mr Levy or Mr Carson, or an aggrieved shareholder calls a meeting to remove Mssrs Tay and Oh.

Either way, it is not a good look as well as destroying knowledge, reputation and confidence in the company.
