If poeple are worried then lets have a closer look at the weekly sto. Last time it was at these levels within a rising cycle, the stock was trading at around 30c. The stock then traded as high as $1.56 some 5 weeks later. Further analysis suggests that the STO worms could be forming a rising channel if you compare the STO low in June 2010 to the higher low formed in March 2011, suggesting the potential for the weekly stochastic to top out at a higher level than that formed in October 2010 or at least retest the October high which is still higher than todays levels.
Conclusions you could draw from this? That the stock has the potential to trade significantly higher over the coming weeks. Confirmation is given from the monthly STO which is also now ticking upwards providing a decent backdrop for a sustainable trend.
Stating that the STO is approaching an overbought line is useless without bringing into context historical trading activity/indicators of any given stock.
All IMHO only
Good luck to holders.
