"Architected and executed a business turn around, leading a declining business from -20% revenue and -40% income to sustainable double digit growth within one year. Led the development of a new business, projected to grow to over $500 million in revenue in 2018."
IMO he would be the main instigator of the Business realignment having quickly recognised the "fat" in the company.
Also i note even with the falling SP reasonable volumes traded at close of Nasdaq - over 50000 last night for example.
The share price of a developing Company is influenced by mob sentiment - I still think those close to the Company would be buying at these prices.
