I too have the shareholder VIP card and can't claim the 25% deduction because my VIP card has one glaring omission- no VIP number!! There's nothing on the card for me to type into the promotions area!
Also, there's no 'sign in' service for registered members on the website to get the discount that way.
I'm sure this will be ironed out but it's real frustrating at the moment because I want to buy a few products (6+) right now!!!
