A possibility for your point 4? They have been completely silent about Lukut-1 but have given no indication if they will test it or any reason for their decision, if they have made one that is. As I have said before,they do fail to keep us informed. There is of course the possibility that if the casing job was stuffed up at Lempuyang-1 that it was also stuffed up at Lukut-1 or that they have no confidence that it was done properly by the contractor. Far too often they just keep us guessing! Maybe they will now test it?
