The hole in the info so far is what has or what will CEO do in the comming 10 weeks to determine whether it progresses with acquisition or not.
There is no real logic in going for a cap raising if the licences don't stack up in potential.
If initial drill work or consideration of passed drill drill results demonstrate coal potential then a good report would see the SP much higher before any raising occures.
On the 15% rule CEO is probabaly in a position to place up to 69 million shares at short notice without shareholder approval. A 15 cent share price at the time would make raising the $7.7 million reasonably easy.
Onward and upward.
