yeah but the share price hasnt been at 37c since the start of January
basically since Hartleys first put out a buy recommendation in mid Jan the share price hasnt gone anywhere even though they had a price target of 68c in 3 months, which brings us to mid April, this is despite major steps forward by the company
sorry but looks like daylight robbery to me
