Pity Vas's meeting with ASIC didn't go ahead. Any reason for that? Or was this just the usual ASIC playing silly buggers?

ASIC really are a completely toothless - I was going to say 'tiger' - pussycat and waste of time and space and salaries.

If ASIC can't be relied upon to safeguard shareholders' rights, and to keep directors honest and held to account, then they don't deserve to be funded.

Tony D'Aloisio's comments a day or two ago of "Go easy on directors" was an outright ridiculous admission that ASIC is useless.

We know they are in possession of the facts of this case - many of us (including me) have been in almost constant contact with them. But we haven't heard a peep, and now the ASA didn't even get to meet with them.

ASIC are missing in action - yet again...!
