I wouldn't worry too much about that Strat, I've got buckleys of getting in.
The way it works is that election can be on a show of hands - where it is one vote per attendee at the AGM, but obviously if too many small shareholders show up they might not end up with the result that they wanted.
The chairman (or 5 shareholders present at the meeting) can demand a poll in which case it is one share (not one person) one vote.
As the chairman intends to vote undirected proxies against me and for the other candidates they effectively get an advantage of 2x the number of undirected proxies.
Great chance for a protest vote if you are inclined - I'd appreciate an "Against" vote for the other candiates and "For" vote for Mr Michael Pope.
