I agree. They will try - and the time suggested by a few who write on these issues is (I think) this June.
But I think the attempt will be short-lived, because America is locked into ever-increasing money supply.
Unless something radical is done to it to give it world-wide appeal (and that for mine is possible), I believe the US$ is toast.
