I think People Skills and Communication can be forgiven if the company is kicking goals. Their technical competence seems to be almost non-existent for some current and previous board members and their capital raising attempts were absolutely appauling.

In the future there is certainly no way i'll be investing in a company that doesn't conduct a study to show an estimate of the costs involved to get into production and of what the likely revnue/expenditure streams will be once in production.

A1's and JW is a perfect example of doing it be halves. I truely believe they did not actually understand the process of getting a company into production in the public arena.

As the company came to each stepping stone, another capital raising occurred or more shares were issued, 'oh we need some plant and equipment now, lets issue shares to get it', 'oh we need an accodomdation village, we haven't allowed for this in our feasibility study cos we didn't do one, oh well, issue more shares'.

They clearly had no idea of:
    - What plant and equipment was required and its costs
    - What infrastructure needed to be completed and its costs

and if they did, they certainly never communicated it which just leads me to believe they really had no idea.

While im disapointed in what has transpired, i'm not angry or bitter anymore. Its been a learning curve, and lucky for me not a very costly one. I agree with you BWJ, all of the top guys at A1's should not be allowed near a project again, even if they manage some success at A1's in the near future. JW in particular has a lot to answer for, as when your MD, you take the responsibility of ensuring everything is accounted for.

Also note, the quarterly report will be due after easter, and i'd enjoy the chocolate this weekend cos that will be one rotten egg.
