GUYS . Without any fanfare it is what the company has been working towards for 12 months . I believe the Barrick issue has been finalised for shares in MNC , a great result , and secondly the remaining 50% of the Chilean Assets have been purchased for shares and cash .a medium size placement close to the market price looks like it is done through their 2 brokers BGF and INVESTEC . All in All it is a very good result for the future .Plenty of cash for drilling , for feasibility study at Mollacas and drilling at Vallecillo .
