re: Ann: Mission files final registration sta... Excuse my ignorance, but does this mean that MBT (MNEL) have already raised the USD25,875,000 (2,875,000 x USD9) or are we still waiting to see if shareholder pick them up - so the actual money raised may be less?

Assume it is the former.

Worrying the shareprice is getting hammered on both exchanging.
