why??

Less than 2 years ago, White Canyon shares were being traded at 35c. Since then White Canyon has:

1, Purchased additional tenaments.

2, Started trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

3, Found Denaros to be of a higher grade than expected.

4, Signed an agreement with Dennison to process and sell
the processd U308.

5, Commenced selling and receiving payment for the U308.

These events should have pushed the share price up considerably so why, why should we believe that we are getting a good deal by accepting a price 33% less than what it was 2 years ago ??
