You have described Nick's actions in a few brief words so that anyone can understand what is going on. I only hope that ASIC, SEC and the ASX also understand what Nick Curtis is attempting to do and will step in to stop him defrauding shareholders by these legal machinations of his.
The silence from the Independent Directors on the Board of Lynas is more than deafening. We are all waiting for them to reconsider their former support for this MOU with Forge Resources in light of the facts that have emerged over the past
two-three weeks.If they fail to do so then they are complicit with Nick in this scheme and the entire Board needs to step down and new Directors elected in their place.
