    Hi Acaca,
    I was a UMC share holder, UMC was taken over by BHP and from what i have seen to-date how GDO has responded is way different to UMC management. I have no dout what i read the GDO management do not want a takeover to happen at this stage (production and profits just on the crusp of something great), GDO management has spoken about what is happening as much as they can unlike the UMC management with the BHP offer.
