im new to cig

hi im looking to enter in CIG. i have been looking for ages for a oil company that focuses on central asia.. i have holdings in (JPR). central asia is starting to become stable/cheap labour and excellent untapped resevers of oil. can ayone tell me what estimate where looking at here? also is i dont quite understand what is meant on the website about Mailisu project's estimated reserve?? is is it 84mmbls?? can somone please fill in the blanks for me??
