Hi t, just one thing that I couldn't understand, and still don't: I don't see where GIP, itself, is going to get anything out of the Eritrean cash, someone please correct me if I'm wrong. GIP is not selling 80% of its holding to Adobha, rather Adobha will be subscribing for shares in Adobha Eritrea, to give it an 80% interest, which is not the same thing, by any means. Well, that's how I read it, first up. As I understand it, all that money will be sitting in Adobha Eritrea and will be expended in Eritrea, I can't see that Gippsland will have any right to decide that some of that money can be used over at AD, AND, as I wrote before, the money that GIP has 'loaned' to Adobha Eritrea, to date $2.2m, isn't coming back to GIP either.
I hope I've just misread the thing, in my haste, I look forward to receiving the rebuttal, anyone?
Meanwhile, Happy Easter to all!
