    Grar,

I agree with many of your points. I also agree with Gonnfishing on his smooth operation theory.

I tend to think that MCO still has limited men on the ground to do mining and developement on a larger scale but enough right now. Lack of shaft usage is the key to everything now. Once it operates to specs MCO can ramp up the number of men to do work on multipe zones and eventually get miners working on different levels simultaneously plus also have exploratory drilling on going. In the mean time its best not to waste money with miners just standing and waiting. Thats why I think they are getting some developement to Kennys out of the way.

Regarding the mill and getting big runs on board, I think we'll have to be patient. Still think there are some minor tuning issues to work over. I'm sure the management would like to pour dore bars onsite as soon as possible, and perhaps it will be possible with cleaner quartz reef ore from Maxwells. Better now to clear some space on the ROM pad by getting through the stock pile and turn a new leaf when they properly start mining Maxwells reef.

    Ari
