Schools are good in regional centres. Often they have the main schools for rural kids from farms etc. Sometimes even city kids get sent out to regional boarding schools.I worked in schools on a visit basis and one inner city one in Sydney was simply a horrid, awful place. Remined me of bronx based school movies. Kids are best outside major cities.

Government should all have a state capital outside the finance capitals like they do in the US to assist de-centralisation and increase diversity of career opportunities outside major centres.
