I don't know about an angel being some person's guardian, but spiritually I believe there are angels, I call them fairies.
I have wondered many times over the years on why certain events happened in my live, in my friends' lives, in the lives of people whom I had the opportunity to come into contact with. There are no answers, and I am not in despair because there are no answers. They are the mysteries of life. Strange though it may sound, not having answers keeps my spirituality alive.
This post of mine is not 'for" or "against" anyone's views here. I had stated in some other thread that religion is something very personal, what one believes in, to a very large extent, only has meaning to that person. It really can be a deeply personal affair.
I was pro abortion in my younger days, but I am not so sure now. Life, not just human lives, but lives of other animals who share this planet Earth with us, has a different meaning to me now.
Anyway, festive season makes me ponder a lot more than usual.
