To answer your question, I have absolutely nothing to be disappointed about. In fact I have everything to be grateful about. Most of those in this thread belong to the cut and run brigade, and I am not one of them. I am an investor and heavily weighted in SDL in my SMSF and outside.
SDL represents to me the greatest opportunity to make some real money over a 10 year plus period. As an individual I have a large holding in SDL.
What I am saying is, I do not really care about the current SP price. The SP will take care if itself as time moves on. I am more interested in the dividend that SDL will pay me 7 years from now.
It is a real shame to me that so many people want everything now. A real investor rides the high's and low's of a company. We experienced that "Par Excellence" when we lost out whole board last year.
So who is prepared to do the hard yards? Few on this forum I think. You want to treat SDL like a high volume trading potato, then go ahead and knock yourself out.
You won't be doing this for much longer.
I am a long term investor and I believe in the soon to be realised SDL dream. I have known GJ's now for over ten years and believe me when I say that we are in very good hands.
As far as all the short term nonsense that dominates this thread. NOT INTERESTED!
