well as Peter Schiff has said they are already defaulting on their debt by debasing the currency
if the dollar is falling the value of the bonds are falling
so if the US dollar drops 10% that would constitute a 10% default for foreign owners of T bonds?
not a 100% sure about this or how it works, but i think that is what Schiff meant
