The current plan is for a 3 million tonne a year plant for ten years for the two open cuts,
With what has been found to date, a mine life of 40 plus years is envisioned.
On top of this we have new finds like Wilgar and every likelihood of increased tonnages as the drilling moves onto explore known areas of mineralisation and that south west corner anomaly.
CDU will be increasing the JORC tonnages but tying up their mining for many years.
I do not think Wayne would be content to stick to the 3 million tonne a year .
An upgrade of plant to handle a much higher tonnage is in my opinion on the cards otherwise the exploration program could be deferred to a later time. We have adequate ore now.
