Excellent point Namvet. Lodge a complaint with ASIC. This person (NC) seems to lack morals and any sense of responsibility toward shareholders, so any conceived immoral activity should be reported to the authorities. Let them deal with him, his lack of sensitivty and remorse deserves no better. He has had plenty of requests and time to rescind the proposal but is he determined to shaft shareholders, he therefore deserves all he gets.
GL all holders and let's keep the pressure on for a fair and just outcome to this sad saga brought on by N Curtis and his complicit Board of Directors. Things seem to be swaying in our favour but I feel there is still a long way to go.
