It's a storm in a tea cuppa, sounds like your spruiking for a drop. Maybe it's the high interest rates or the outrageous unemployment that's drawing you and other spruikers to this conclusion. For me I say get a grip just because you wish doesn't make it so. Not saying property is going up but the kind of drops you and others have been spruiking for so long just have not occurred 5 years and still waiting kind of makes you wonder when you and others will just give up after so many years of being wrong. I do smell a certain desperation to be right and the spruiking has lifted a notch for the big drop.
As for your post cuppa, what area where the figures from yeah I know nudge nudge wink wink, just made them up thought no one would question them lol.
