Why would any LARGE investor not given a WRITTEN guarantee
regarding any future holdings in FRG , if and after this goes thru,possibly support the loss of value from an investment ie holding LYC. Does this mean if the BIG investing houses vote for the FRG deal then they may have a hidden secret agreement with NC that HASNT been made open to LYC investors. Why else would they be so keen to see Crown sold to FRG? Is that a breach of corporate law if it has occurred.
