They are a new bunch looking to work the alluvials inside the EL area.
This presents an interesting situation, for those who don't already know the Act in PNG states that IDC/Summit can allow or refuse the alluvial mining.
If IDC have no need for the alluvial they can approve ACE and and share the 'working area' with this bunch
Or they can prevent ACE under the Act though that may require IDC to declare their position regarding alluvial mining.
Interesting because this 'subject' has been at the core of the problems.
Previous holders have always denied the alluvial and struggled with the project, depending on how IDC relate to the alluvial will determine their performance on site.
Either way, the alluvial (the hardrock's troublesome little cousin) will be a subject that effects the larger picture.
