Surely its painfully obvious to all that NC has more loyalty to forge than to LYC as evidenced by his significantly higher SH in forge coupled with his recent significant selldown of his lynas holdings.
S/holders have every right to feel cheated by NC and should do all in their power to block this shady deal.
Im just surprised that such a seasoned campaigner as undoubtedly NC is - why did he structure this this deal so transparently in HIS favour at the expense of existing S/holders?? I dont get it.
Regardless of this - NC's future with the company is now untenable and he should resign or be asked to leave without further delay - as it is now clear that he is not working exclusively in the interests of LYC shareholders.
The Crown proposal is effectively an asset strip/ crude management buyout in favour of NC and his cronies at the expense of all others!!
Sounds like something an ex macbanker might contemplate!
