    The CDU story was a little sus if I remember, didn't it crash soon after. And I don't think AVB will be $7 or $8 in 12 mths when they have 1 billion shares and a heap of options ready to be cashed in. Might make it to $1-$2 if we're lucky. Depends what they're sitting on.
