... every time ASCI gets a mention it often gets pulled for copyright reasons
... but they can have a ' nett positive effect ' on PRR's share price ... as we've witnessed on at least 2 occasions since December last year
... obviously because many of the 'more astute ' ASCI readers are willing to invest their hard earned on PRR
... still would like to know when the piece was written however ..
