Wasn't this morning's announcement about the granting of exploration & recon licences?

If so wouldn'y it be fair to say there's a longish road ahead before the we can accurately determine whether the project 'has legs'.

I do notice that the formative phase of exploration will soon commence, i.e. rock chip smapling etc.
