Not everyone owning VSL suscribed to its DRP, but VSL has issued an 1.8M shares to cover the shortfall anyway.
The last company I remember doing this was ION.
No company on sound financial ground should need to to this. Have VSL got some cashflow problems? A look at the HY report showed operating cashflow wilted from 5.9M to 1.6M. I suspect it's getting worse.
