If anything the CR has strengthend the value of the project.

I have posted before about the value of the project.Some believe it is worth nothing.$99b according to DFS. Some say half the project and 2b plus shares for finance. I hope not and that is why we find ourselves bargaining at the negotiating table. Are there any other companies with 5 billion shares on issue? It seems like an unbelievable nuber to me.There may be some I'm not sure.
