sdl profit share price share dilution +ve!!!, page-38

please please give me a break....i have been in the market for over 30 years and every so often members worry how many shares om issue ....they are concerned that its to many ....who cares.... if for example.... a company with a market cap is say 1 bill with with shares of 100 mill and price is $10
or 1 bill shares and price is $1.00....whats the diff....
market cap is still the same....the market vaules a company on market captilisation not how many shres on issue....get it....imo
