NTA = $2.25 aprox
NAV = $3.20 aprox
What's all the chatter about $1.30, $1.70 etc. This deal requires shareholder approval. I'm confident no shareholder would be even remotely interested in listening to anything below NTA $2.25 and would start considering the matter arounf $2.50 as a minimum. Remember $2.50 is only 12.5 cents pre consolidation.
I expect an offer of part cash and part scrip in the take over group.
