Is it fair to say that the lower the price is kept the better the offer looks and the more chance it has of being passed by share holders.
Then the price should move up to and then above the offer.
In reverse, most capital raisings are done at a discount to market price, quite regurarly the price falls back after approval of the raising.
If other areas of PDY are stacking up, this raising should be seen as a positive, but will also flush out weak hands in the process
