The well was flow tested on the 10th sept 2007
It flowed 0.184 mmcf/day through a 1/4" Choke on a 24 hour test.

I would suggest that it has stayed offline for so long because it is unlikely to be a huge money spinner.
Otherwise it would have been turned on long ago.
