maybe they think the chinese are stupid business people and are offering that and dont expect their investement to grow,,cant complain cause longerterm, not your day to day corruptions on the share market,,l will be laughing

good luck to all but l think theres more riskier plays than this and would a spanner be thrown in the woodwork if hors results etc are great and wham bang pdy is in the middle of it,,,my thoughts anyway
