Ok I have actually come to the realisation that in reality there is no completion of the acquisition and there won't be for 3-4 months.

In that time GDO needs to find approval of the debt funding etc.

Rand as some have said are really running close to a loss so the confidence in that is low along with the added substantial debt.

Based on this info I have sold down the majority of my holding today to see what happens.
