The failure to shed any light on the stalled "Commission ...to inquire into concerns about the
Andash project being expressed by some local people," is more of a concern to me than the legal issues.
The report reiterated that they have "re-commenced communications with the local community, but there was no information about how this process is going.
Given the importance of the project to the country's economy, why isn't the goverment more proactive?
